How it works

1. Listed free

Every real contractor in a city and trade is listed free, with public information only. Research starts from public directories and the businesses' own websites, and every listing is checked against those sources.

2. Claim free

A contractor who finds their business listed can claim it free through the claim form. Claiming confirms the listing belongs to them and locks one exclusive city and trade slot, so no second contractor can claim the same slot.

3. Exclusive calls

Claimed contractors get the calls for their city and trade, and pay only for qualified calls. In v1, claiming locks the slot. Homeowner request matching, where a homeowner request goes straight to the claimed buyer, arrives in Phase 2.

Why exclusive?

One buyer per city and trade means a claimed contractor does not share the city's calls with five competitors, and a homeowner does not get resold to a call center. The shared version, where one request goes to several contractors at once, is a separate later tier and is never mixed with exclusive buyers.
